Service Area Map

The Foundation was the charitable successor to the former not for profit Chestnut Hill Hospital and now holds the obligation of providing service to the 30 zip code service area, extending from Norristown to Nicetown and from Manayunk to Ambler, and everything in between. A map below shows the geographic span of those zip codes.
