Green Tree Community
Health Foundation is grateful for the continued involvement of

Trustees, office volunteers, site visit volunteers, mailing volunteers,
to our thrift and consignment shop volunteers, we are a group
of people committed to a great cause. Enriching our community
with their time, financial support and input, this growing group
continues to broaden in our outreach.
